 First of all, both are correct but the first one is better because of tight connection while the second one depends on the strength of plastic material. Some plastic connectors lossens after sometime. However, others say that both are wrong, Nl wires must all be  touched and then be rapped with clear tape. When you see that, it works having an explosive time fixing it. The Brown phase, so the red will connect the Blue neutral and the black will connect. Finally, both are wrong inline lugs is the best solution.
