Here's the answer

First of all, this part of transformer is called breather which contains Silica gel to absorb the moisture in transformers because moisture reduces the ability of oil to achieve its purpose’s which are cooling and isolating. As the transformer heats up at high demand the transformer expands and the air slowly moves out through the breather, when high demand passes the transformer cools down and air is drawn into the transformer via the breather.

The silica dries the air as it moved through this silica, usually there’s a oil filter at the bottom to filter ou dust particles
The concern I have is the fact that the cilica gel is turning light pink above the inlet. This means that there’s moisture inside of this transformer as air moves out of this transformer the cilica is turning light pink meaning that the cilica is driering the air moving out of this transformer. Thus only the bottom or inlet side should turn pink. Blue- silca is dry and Pink- silica is saturated with moisture
